The Satellite TV

As the technology is enriching in all fields the quality of the information is expected. for getting a better quality in a television system is by opting for a satellite TV. these gets the information direct from the satellite and pictured in the Television screen. There are five major components which make the direct to home (DTH) or direct broadcasting (DBS) satellite system possible. They are 1) The programming source, 2) the broadcast center, 3) the satellite, 4) the satellite dish and 5) the receiver.

• Programming sources are simply the channel that provides programming for broadcasting. The provider does not create original programming but it pays other companies like HBO,ESPN... for the right to broadcast their content by means of satellite.
• The broadcast center will act as the central hub of the system. At the broadcast center, the TV provider receives information signals from various programming sources and sends a broadcast signal to satellites in geosynchronous orbit.
• The satellites receive the signals from the broadcasting station and rebroadcast them to Earth.
• The viewer's dish picks up the signal from the satellite and passes it to the receiver in the viewer's house.
• The receiver processes the signal and passes it to a standard TV

by above said components the information sent from the satellite is converted into a information which can be produced in Television...
